Vacant Home Staging Gallery

In the above galleries I am showing you a portfolio of Occupied home staging and Vacant home staging photos.  The Occupied Home Staging gallery shows the before and after photos so you can get an idea of the difference that home staging can make for your property.   The Vacant home staging gallery shows just the after photos.  The reason there is no before photos in this gallery is because they would contain blank spaces and empty walls.  This is also what your potential buyer would see on the MLS photos and if they came to view your property in person.
When a potential buyer is looking through the internet to decide which properties they are going to view if yours doesn't look it's best the chances are they are going to click past your listing and go on to the next one.  You don't want that.  You want as many potential buyers as possible to come out and view your property in person so you have the potential to sell it more quickly than your competition.
You have to stop thinking of your property as your home and instead think of it as a product you are trying to sell.  Because a home is most likely your biggest investment you want to get top dollar for it.
When you're selling your occupied home it's a difficult thing for buyers to overlook all your clutter or view a house filled to the brim with family photos, dated décor, wallpaper, etc.  An expert home stager can assist you through the process of getting your home ready for the market if you are still living in your home.  A home stager should be able to let you know what items need  to be removed, where to move furniture to complement your room, a view or even block a bad view, plus so much more.
You have about 8 seconds to impress your potential buyer.  Once they come to view your property you want to wow them as soon as they walk in the door.  That's pretty hard to do if it is vacant because there is nothing there for the buyer to feel an emotional attachment to.  It's blank!  They will likely notice all the imperfections that are in the home instead.
I hope you enjoy looking through my gallery of home staging photos and if there is anything I can do to help you get your property ready for the market please contact me.
